* Stock gemstones usually are gems that have remained in someone's personal collection for some years, as is the case with these which came from an elder supplier's collection. Suppliers hold on to gems knowing that if the quality is higher than usual, then value will increase over time. Then, as in this case, the supplier retired and sold their quality stock to another gemstone supplier. These gems have never been used in jewelry before. These gemstones are natural and untreated.
